Job Summary:

As a Warranty Admin Staff at Toyota Valencia City, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring that the warranty processes are executed efficiently. Your role includes handling documentation, communication with customers and service teams, and leveraging your automotive background to facilitate the warranty process. Your strong communication skills, knowledge of car mechanisms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office will contribute to a seamless warranty administration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review warranty claims from customers and service teams.
  • Verify the eligibility of claims based on warranty terms and conditions.
  • Maintain organized records of warranty claims, including supporting documentation, invoices, and customer information.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communicate with customers, service advisors, and the manufacturer regarding warranty claims.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to warranty issues.
  • Utilize your basic knowledge of car mechanisms to assess the validity of warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with the service team to understand and evaluate mechanical issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to generate reports and summaries of warranty claims and processes.
  • Provide regular updates to management and relevant departments.
  • Apply your prior warranty handling experience, if applicable, to streamline and improve warranty processes.
  • Help in implementing best practices for warranty administration.
