Job Summary:
As a Service Advisor at Toyota Valencia City, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all Toyota customers who bring in their vehicles for service. You will act as the liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring that all customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. This position requires a college degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive at the service center and listen to their concerns about their vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds to assess and document any damage or issues with the vehicle.
- Explain recommended repairs or services to the customer, including costs and time required for completion.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing communication to customers regarding the status of their vehicle’s repair and any changes to the estimated time of completion.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service transactions and communicate them to the appropriate department for billing and warranty purposes.
- Continuously develop and maintain technical knowledge of Toyota products and services.
