Job Summary:
The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring accurate assessment of customer concerns and proper coordination of vehicle repair and maintenance services. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring efficient service operations while upholding dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance and Service Consultation
- Greet customers professionally and accurately identify vehicle concerns and service requirements.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services, repair procedures, and timelines.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Work Order Preparation and Coordination
- Prepare service repair orders and ensure accuracy of vehicle details and requested services.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams regarding vehicle diagnosis and repair progress.
- Monitor job status and provide timely updates to customers regarding service completion.
- Communication and Follow-up
- Communicate service recommendations, costs, and approvals clearly to customers.
- Address customer concerns, feedback, or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Support and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies, safety procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to service transactions.
- Support other service department activities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of an Automotive course
- Preferably a professional driver’s license holder
- With good communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Female
