Job Summary:

The Reception Head at Toyota Valencia oversees the front desk operations, ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and effective supervisory skills. The Reception Head will lead the reception team, manage daily activities, and ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times.

  • Supervise and lead the reception team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and professional service.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to reception staff, ensuring coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure all customers are greeted warmly and provided with accurate information and assistance.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
