Job Summary:
The HR Staff – Recruitment and Training is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department in sourcing, selecting, and developing qualified employees to meet organizational needs. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment processes and the planning, coordination, and implementation of employee training programs. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment while upholding Toyota’s standards and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities for various dealership positions.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process in coordination with department heads.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and recruitment reports.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external training programs.
- Organize training schedules, logistics, and participant records.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and monitor employee training progress.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, recruitment files, and training databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR records and documents.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with department heads, applicants, and training providers regarding recruitment and training activities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Assist in employee orientation and engagement initiatives.
- Compliance and Support:
- Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed, even under time constraints or pressure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexible. organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- With recruitment and training experience is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
