Job Summary:
The HR Kaizen Staff is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources department. This role supports the enhancement of HR systems, processes, and employee experience by applying Kaizen principles. The HR Kaizen Staff ensures efficient HR operations, encourages employee involvement in improvement projects, and maintains accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Evaluate existing HR processes and identify inefficiencies, gaps, or bottlenecks.
- Propose and implement solutions that promote streamlined and efficient HR operations.
- Document improvement initiatives and monitor the impact of changes made.
- Employee Engagement and Facilitation:
- Organize and facilitate Kaizen events, brainstorming sessions, and improvement workshops.
- Encourage staff to actively participate in identifying and resolving workplace challenges.
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in maintaining employee records and reports.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with different departments to align HR improvement strategies with organizational goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives and improvements.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations as needed.
- Support policy reviews and compliance with internal and external regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a Psychology graduate
- Keen attention to detail, organized, and accurate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions
